Altea, originally from Albania, left home to attend the University of Milan to pursue a degree in finance. She began her professional career with Deloitte and excelled quickly, running a team of her own based out of Monaco. Her business acumen combined with her fluency in three languages culminated in her promotion to high ranking positions. Altea has grown personally and professionally in this time, but her passion has always been traveling, yachting and any water activity.

She made the jump to a career in yachting and hasn’t looked back. Not only has she been immersed in yacht sales, but has also been with Frank Grzeszczak Sr. and FGI since its inception. Altea has served an integral role in the development of the company and is excited to see FGI grow.

Building a new company from the ground up with Frank has been one of her proudest professional achievements.
She wants to make things as simple and seamless as possible and prides herself upon her long standing relationships and connections with clients promoting a friendly work environment where everyone works closely as a team.

When not in the office you can find Altea spending time with family and friends, travelling internationally, dancing, bike riding, reading and swimming.
