DJ Parker

DJ Parker has proudly served the marine industry in one form or another for 35 years. She loves being a part of the yachting family spirit. Since 1992, DJ has been a charter broker, gaining initial experience with two well-known international charter companies. In 1997, she founded The Neptune Group followed by the separate company of Neptune Group Yachting. She is proud to now join forces with FGI. DJ always likes to surround herself with talented, intelligent colleagues, and FGI certainly fits the bill.

DJ’s specialization is chartering larger yachts in international destinations – the Turkish coast and Caribbean islands are some of her favorite cruising grounds. She loves solving problems for clients. One year, a client asked her to plan a timeline of landing at airfields across Greece, so his plane could accompany the yacht along the way. It was a challenge that she pulled off with aplomb. DJ knows there is something special about the relationships you build in yachting. She met a woman at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show one year, for instance, who wound up booking a large yacht for charter with DJ for the next 20 years!
