Frank Grzeszczak Sr.

Frank Grzeszczak Sr. has worked with many of the leading brokerage houses over the years, consistently ranking as one of the top brokers year after year. Frank had considered going out on his own for a while, and a big motivation was being able to help Admiral – The Italian Sea Group build their U.S. reputation. Frank has enjoyed putting a team together after all these years in the industry and starting a brand that hopefully he can one day leave to his family.

Frank believes the key to business is being honest and being there for the client when things go wrong, which helps build long-term relationships. He helps clients to make a seamless transfer or deal, handling all aspects of the deal for them. Frank prides himself on building long-lasting relationships, and clients always call him when they are ready to sell their boats.

His earliest boating memory was slalom water skiing on the lakes of North Carolina in the summer. Frank got into scuba diving early, which was how his life on the sea started. Outside of boating, Frank enjoys road biking and lifting weights – he loves staying fit and eating well. He’s also a season ticket holder for the Miami Heat and enjoys NBA basketball.
