Paulina Grzeszczak Laas is a junior charter broker with a genuine passion for curating dream vacations for her clients. Her deepest satisfaction comes from assisting her clients in creating unforgettable memories at sea.

Born in Miami, Florida, and raised around the Fort Lauderdale area, Paulina’s love for yachting originated with her childhood. Some of her earliest boating memories are the countless days spent on her family’s boat as a child, taking turns water skiing with her siblings. This early exposure to the yachting lifestyle instilled in her an intimate understanding of the marine industry.

Among her notable career achievements, Paulina takes pride in successfully organizing numerous boat shows and corporate events. In fact, she was awarded the prestigious title of Employee of the Year in 2018 and 2019, accomplishments that reflect her dedication and commitment to excellence. Paulina credits her career successes to a combination of her upbringing, her ability to skillfully navigate the demands of her clients, and her unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Outside of work, Paulina enjoys spending quality time with her husband and children. She treasures moments spent on their boat, exploring new destinations, and indulging whenever possible in her lifelong love for yachting. On her bucket list of destinations are such exotic locations as the Amazon, the Galapagos Islands, and Raja Ampat in Indonesia.
