Invited by Forbes after reaching the $1B milestone sales!

Frank Grzeszczak Jr. has had a busy two years with FGI, contributing to their incredible pace of $1B of sales in under three years, including the sale of Project AME, a 50 Meter Bilgin, Project T, a 45m Cantiere Delle Marche, a 2024 Benetti Oasis 34m, a 2024 Pardo 75 and the impressive 72m Quantum of Solace. He took a few minutes to sit down with Forbes and discuss the superyacht industry with David Prosser.

They discussed the current growth of the superyacht industry and its fleet, with the global luxury yacht market set to reach $14,6 billion by 203, compared to $6.6 billion in 2019. These projections are confirmed by the growing number of young owners entering the industry following a massive wealth transfer from the older generation.

The industry recently came into the spotlight with the ire of environmental campaigners, while the shipyards are already focusing on building eco-friendly superyachts with the first superyacht using HVO, reducing carbon emission by 90%, launched by Feadship. Sustainability is a key focus for some owners, with the use of solar panels, diesel-electric engines and oversized batteries for electric propulsion.

With offices in Fort Lauderdale and East Hampton in the US, as well as in Mexico City, the brokerage house has grown significantly since its inception by Frank Grzeszczak Sr in 2020 with partner and COO Altea Llakmani.
