RAGNAR: SOLD BY FGI!

FGI Yacht Group proudly announces the sale of RAGNAR, a 223’10” [68.2m] Icon, with Frank Grzeszczak Sr. representing the buyer. Sold to an American buyer, the yacht will be renamed Q and is headed soon to the yard for an extensive refit.

Initially built as an ice-breaking multi-purpose support supply vessel in 2012, RAGNAR was converted by ICON in 2021. Her unique style draws on a fusion of inspirations from UK designer RWD, including medieval war craftsmanship and British heritage.

RAGNAR is a rare example of a luxury superyacht with Arctic explorer capabilities, owing her ice-breaking capability to unique ICE class electric-driven ice pods. She features a remarkable range of 6,000 nautical miles, enabling owners and guests to explore even the most remote areas of the planet.

The scope of the conversion included an increase of luxury accommodation areas, a functional designated deck for toys, and a fully-certified helicopter landing pad.

RAGNAR was listed for €69,500,000 at the time of sale.
