Ale Navarro

A native of Buenos Aires, Argentina, Ale Navarro made the move to Miami, Florida at the young age of 20, and he continues to call the city home with his wife Anya and son Luka. Ale’s lifelong passion for the sea began during his childhood, sailing with his family in the picturesque waters around Colonia and Punta del Este in Uruguay.

Ale’s aim is to provide clients with an unmatched experience that allows them to truly disconnect and enjoy the yachting lifestyle. “There’s nothing quite like seeing the look of pure wonder and excitement on a client’s face when they step aboard their dream yacht for the first time,” says Navarro. He derives immense satisfaction from guiding clients through the new yacht construction process, visiting shipyards around the world to oversee the progress, and then sharing in the excitement of that first walkthrough or inaugural cruise. Fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, and English, Ale takes great pride in developing long-lasting relationships with his clients, many of whom have become close friends. 

Navarro’s areas of expertise include new yacht builds, which he sees as an opportunity to introduce clients to the transformative power of life on the water. Over the course of his distinguished 10-year career as a captain, serving under one of the industry’s most renowned yacht owners, Navarro has earned recognition as a top producer for both Princess Yachts USA (multiple times) and HMY Yachts in 2023.
