Sanlorenzo Yachts

For more than 60 years, Sanlorenzo has offered made-to-measure motor yachts.

Founded in 1958 under the name Cantieri Navali San Lorenzo by Gianfranco Cecchi and Giulian Pecchia, the Italian shipyard prides itself on working closely alongside its clients. Seen as a boutique firm in the yachting industry, Sanlorenzo only builds a limited number of custom fibreglass and alloy motor yachts, ranging between 24 meters and 70 meters, per year. The shipyard’s headquarters are located on the banks of the river Magra, inside a natural reserve in Ameglia, Italy. A second location is based in the Tuscan seaside town of Viareggio, the historic centre of motor yacht manufacturing in Italy, its third is based in Massa with the production of its superyachts taking place in its La Spezia shipyard. The yard launched its first-ever fibreglass vessel in 1985 and since then has established a name for itself for developing custom GRP and alloy motor yachts.

As every Sanlorenzo is carefully designed and throughout exactly to specific requests of the owner, the yard can only work with approximately 50 clients each year. The Italian yard is known for its classic and timeless designs, which outlive trends. It strives to offer its clients a safe place to innovate, experience and design the motor yacht of their dreams, one which withstands the time and tests of sea.
